COR Super Gel is the flagship of Cesco’s Organic Concrete Remover range. It softens and releases hardened concrete build-up without the corrosion, fumes and rust that come with traditional acid cleaners.

Traditional acid removers eat into steel as well as concrete. Used regularly, they accelerate rust, damage paintwork and shorten the working life of your mixer and chassis. COR Super Gel is safer for your mixer, your truck chassis and your operators.

How it works

Organic Salt Technology.

Gentle organic acids are paired with corrosion inhibitors, so the formulation works on the concrete while protecting the metal underneath. The gel clings to the surface, emulsifying and penetrating the build-up until it softens and releases.

Directions for use

Brush on, wait, wash off.

  1. Apply

    Apply undiluted to concrete build-up with a broom or brush.

  2. Wait

    Leave for at least 10 minutes, until the build-up softens.

  3. Agitate

    Agitate with a broom. Don’t let the product dry on the surface.

  4. Repeat if needed

    For heavier build-up, apply a second coat.

  5. Wash off

    Wash off with a pressure washer.

Wear gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. COR Super Gel is a skin and eye irritant. Read the Safety Data Sheet before use.
