That's the whole method in one sentence. Your application, chassis and options go into the drawing office first. Barrel geometry, blade pitch, frame, water system and controls are all resolved on screen, reviewed with you, and only then released to the factory floor.

Cesco's specialised blade design and the presses that form it were perfected during the Snowy Mountains Scheme, and they've been refined on every barrel since. Press-formed blades in eight precise segments are why we can guarantee mix uniformity to 50mm slump, and why our barrels never need re-flighting.
