We ask for your details so we can answer your enquiry and do the work you’ve asked for, nothing more. Here’s exactly how that works.
The short version
When you use a form on this site (a general enquiry, a service booking or the newsletter signup), you give us details like your name, company, phone number, email address and what you’ve written in your message. That’s what we hold; we don’t ask for more than the job needs.
Details submitted through our forms are used only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you’ve requested: quoting a mixer, ordering parts, booking your truck in. The person or department best placed to help you is the one who sees it.
Our monthly newsletter is strictly opt-in. You only receive it if you sign up on the newsletter page. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away: we stop emailing you.
We do not sell personal information. Your details aren’t traded, rented or passed around. They stay with Cesco Australia Limited and are used for the purpose you gave them to us.
